In our busy lives and crazy schedules, we often do not have enough time to make sure we get a balanced diet.  The idea of having a portable restaurant, which makes fast and delicious food, is parallel to the lifestyle we have created.  But, we still need to be aware of what we are consuming.  Many of us have compromised our health as a result of poor food choices over many years.  Vegetable and fruit juicing is well suited for the fast moving lifestyle which we pride ourselves in here in the West.  It makes it possible for busy people to add more healing foods into their diets with minimal effort.

Raw fruits and vegetables are an important natural source of many essential vitamins, minerals, live enzymes, and amino acids that are necessary to maintain good health.  Fresh fruit and vegetable juices are an excellent way to get these important nutrients.  One cup of carrot juice contains the nutrients in four cups of raw, chopped carrots.  One pint of fresh vegetable juice supplies the same live enzymes, vitamins, and minerals in two large vegetable salads, in a form that is more easily digested and assimilated…

Look for new ways to add fruit to your daily routine. Begin your day with a fruit smoothie or throw a handful of banana slices and mixed berries on your cereal.
